The Agroecosystems Research Group (AESRG) is located in the Minnie Bell Heep Building on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station, Texas. AESRG is comprised of four laboratories and two post-doctoral offices. Ted Wilson, who coordinated AESRG projects and who is Director of the Center for Biologically-Intensive IPM occupies the main office, which is adjoined by a conference room which can handle meetings of up to 10 people.

Walk-in Chamber

The second lab comprises a Geographic Information facilities which is adjoined by office space for our fire ant research group. The third laboratory is dedicated to systems development, while the fourth laboratory is dedicated to field research.

Field Research Lab.

The main equipment contained within the facilities include three walk-in environmental chambers, microscopes, three electronic balances, a 96 well spectrophotometer plate reader, two Sun workstations, a large format CalComp digitizing table, eight MacIntosh computers, nine PC computers, two laptops, a Windows NT-based server, three laser printers, one thermal wax printer, one inkjet printer, a flatbed scanner, a 35 mm slide scanner, a 35 mm film recorder, and a high resolution digital camera.
