Dalbulus elimnatus |

| Dalbulus elimnatus (Ball), to 4 mm, body is pale to light brown mottled, two black spots between eyes (has been seen without black spots), eyes are reddish brown; wings are clear and abdomen appear bluish through the wings. Very much like Deltocephala sonorus. | Picture is not available at this point. |
